This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your TourismCore services and what happens after cancellation.


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period

2. No Refund on Cancellation

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund
  • Any remaining subscription period will continue until expiry

3. Setup & Project Cancellation

  • Once a project or setup process has started, it cannot be cancelled for a refund
  • If cancelled midway, completed work and applicable charges will still apply

4. Access After Cancellation

  • After subscription expiry, access to the platform may be restricted or suspended
  • We recommend exporting any important data before service expiry

5. Termination by TourismCore

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • There is a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Payments are overdue
  • There is misuse of the platform
